7 am: Sun comes up. Keep the shades down and hide!

9:45 am: Go out for breakfast wearing baseball hat, shades, scarf and umbrella (even though it's not raining).

Noon: Apply gobs of SPF 60 all over body. Rinse. Repeat.

2:30 pm: Compare color of gallon of milk to skin tone. Any progress?

4:15 pm: Nap time! Bury self under sheets and cover window with lots of duct tape.

5:00pm: More SPF. Slather it on like butter on toast.

6:20 pm: Is the sun down yet? If so, finally - some fresh air!
